Hi everyone
I’ve just had to make a claim for new style esa ,and someone from the job centre will be calling me on Friday . Will it be a medical questionnaire on how my illness affects me , ?
I already receive pip, so will they know about my health problems already ?
I’m not very good at articulating myself sometimes and wondered if there is a guide on new style esa on here ?..

You should receive an ESA50 shortly, this will allow you to detail your conditions and limitations, make sure you use our ESA Claim guide to help you completet the form.

You’ll get a text, phone call or letter within 10 working days to arrange your telephone interview after you’ve applied.
During your telephone interview, you’ll be asked a few questions to prove your identity.
You and your work coach will talk about how your illness or disability affects your ability to work and the support you need.

Hi Sue, what phone number have you used to apply for the new style ESA? As I just can not get through and the call keeps ending.
