Hi All hope you are all staying safe.
I finally received my tribunal hearing date to be held in 2 weeks time after a 18 month wait. Bearing in mind the current situation I emailed to check the hearing was going ahead at the Tribunal Centre. Just received a reply the hearing is going ahead however it will now be via telephone. Not sure what’s worse in person or by telephone. My carer will be present but not sure what to expect.

Hi Dib
One of our other members had their tribunal by telephone call yesterday and they had a very good experience. (It was all over in ten minutes in their favour - but each case will be different).
They were only asked to clarify a couple of matters and it was clear the two people present (there was no doctor) had read through the papers.
I hope that you too have a positive experience.
