Waiting for a question form was created by andrejs661

Two weeks ago, I called PIP
PIP accepted the application.
But so far I have not received a form to fill out.
Maybe there are some deadlines for this.

The PIP2 form can take ten days to arrive but if you have been waiting two weeks then I would contact the PIP Claim line again.
