Hi All, I sent my PIP form to DWP with my medical record from the hospital. This week I have a visit with a cardiologist, which will be important evidence in my case. After that, I will ask for a copy of my medical record from my GP. Can I send it to DWP by mail?
Yes, you can send any additional evidence you want through the post, but make sure that you put your name and national insurance on each side of any additional sheets and number them and keep a copy for yourself. It is advisable to send them by tracked post.
