The explanation given by the assessor for awarding zero points is, I quote, "the evidence from the FH (functional history) does not support that of any condition effecting his ability to be able to do this activity. He attended the assessment alone. He remained focused throughout and did not require any prompting. He was observed to have good cognition, insight, intellect and memory with no signs of anxiety or overwhelming distress. Could make good eye contact etc.
The reasons from the DM are largely a repeat of what is indicated above. His judgement shows no understanding of the complexities of the disease.
I have suffered from this condition for 12 years and evidence of this was provided to the DWP around that time. A previous claim dated 2017 indicates restriction for the activity of engaging with people face to face. My claimant questionnaire for that period stated difficulty due to stress and functional history stated difficulty due to balance and does not see anybody-so how they can reliably argue my history of conditions does not show any difficulty is beyond me?
