Odd as I received a text message from DWP this morning (23 April 2020) telling me that they have received my medical report from the HP and they would get back to me anytime up to 6 weeks regarding my claim for PIP. The reason this is odd is because I received a letter to that effect on the 2nd April 20 (dated 27 March) and a copy of the actual HP report from the DWP around the 11th April. I wonder if this is a heads-up and my decision is in the post.

Hi Disy
That is very strange. Hopefully you will hear from them soon.

Shortly after... About a week and a half following that last text message, I received news that I had been awarded Enhanced on both Living and Mobility for a period of 4 years. I have considered requesting an MR on the length of the award but I've dicided against that.
I wish you all the best of luck.

Hi Disy
Absolutely delighted to hear that you have been awarded your enhanced PIP award. Great news, four years is a reasonable length of time in which to rest, recuperate and charge your batteries, well done.
