My PIP Submission due date was 27th March 2020. I requested extension by phone and was granted 4 weeks is i was self isolating( high risk corona virus- letter attached) and this was noted on my file. Submission sent by recorded delivery and have copy of receipt by Wolverhampton DWP office bay2, on Tuesday 21st April 2020. Question is "not received text acceptance. What should i do ? As i have proof should i leave it as received? Patel.
I would phone up DWP to see what is happening, if you sent your form of by recorded delivery and you have proof that it was delivered then contact DWP, give them your RD ref number.
At this moment in time things are a bit hectic and errors are made but for peace of mind contact DWP, best time is first thing in the morning or in the evening.
