Unable to follow topic

Hi, please can you tell me if I am doing something wrong. For some time now when I click into members’ queries, it opens up on a much larger screen. However, no matter how i try, I cannot read the MODS’ advice to the member’s query. Thank you.

it sounds like your browser zoom needs adjusting look at the top right hand corner of your screen you will see 3 little dots left click on it and a popup will open up there you will see zoom - 100% +
if your browser zoom is set to more than 100% use the - to adjust it to 100% then you will be able to see the messages / replies. hope this helps you.

Thank you Gordon. Yes I can read your answer to my query. I have just noticed though that it seems only to happen when a member’s post is very long. Might be my settings. I’ll get one of my daughter’s to look for me. Thanks.

Thank you Logan. I only have an iPad and I can’t see 3 dots at the top. However I have a thing that has a small”A” and a larger “A” and when I pressed that I saw it was 100%. I am useless with IT but I will see if one of my daughter’s can check it for me. Thank you.
