If you are unable to undertake a journey due to your Agoraphobia and/or Social Anxiety then the most that you can score is ten points for a Standard award.
You cannot be assessed on your ability to follow a route (for an Enhanced award) unless you can leave your house on the majority of days.

sorry I didn't explain myself properly. I can go out but only with the support of my partner. Do you know if I will lose my current award if I go to appeal?
You will need t show that you would suffer "overwhelming psychological distress" when following a route and why this happens and that the OPD would then prevent you from continuing to follow it.
You may not be able to rely on your Agoraphobia as there is a good chance that this will be seen as solely preventing you from undertaking a journey in the first place.
