I'm afraid we can't offer any advice on what you might do with regard to the house and payments to your brother, it is outside of the remit of the forum.
If your brother's ESA is only Contribution Based then the house as an asset and any money will not affect his ESA(CB).
If he receives Income Related ESA in part or in whole then it will be affected by any money that he has.
Savings rule for ESA(IR) If he is living in a house that he owns then it should be disregarded, however, I can't say for certain that this will still be the case although I am not expecting it to be an issue.
Try and get advice from a salaried Welfare Rights Worker.
