There are significant differences between the DLA Care criteria and that for PIP Daily Living so make sure that you have shown that you clearly meet the PIP Descriptors.

Just go through the report in order and talk about where you disagree with the assessment and what evidence you have already provided or are now submitting to back up what you are saying.
Make it clear which question you are talking about.

Although you may be annoyed by some of the assessor's remarks because of inaccuracies - concentrate on the specific PIP criteria, because its the points you want over-turned.
