Welfare rights is a vast subject, so you need to be a bit more specific when asking for information. The following web site has lots of information which you may find useful
www.disabilityrightsuk.org/about-us and then there is CPAG cpag.org.uk/welfare-rights which also has lots of information on Welfare Rights.
We do not give advice on medical discrimination, you need to be more specific, it is a question you could ask either CPAG or Disability Rights.
