I received letter today informing me I have a PIP telephone assessment in 10 days time, however, I am a little confused as I have not yet sent back my completed form. I was waiting until I had seen two new consultants (obviously Covid-19 has affected this) and spoken to my GP about applying. I found it a little odd that they would put me through a telephone assessment without having received my form first. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I contact Capita or DWP about this?
