Do OAP's still get AA? I've noticed that a number of them appear to be getting PIP. I just thought that when you retire you get AA, & PIP was for under retirement age?
If a claimant already has PIP before retirement age, it continues after the age of 65. No one of retirement age can make a new claim for PIP. They would then apply for Attendance Allowance.
