Universal credit element

I am on enhanced pip for my mental health and basic flat universal credit. My 13weeks phase passed in october 2019 and i was given a face to face assessment date but due to corona it was cancelled. I still have not heard nothing and am still not getting any element for long term sick. They are now owing me around 9 mths of backpay too. Im at my wits end...im struggling financially as being disabled costs more to live daily and am getting into more debt as im lending the money every month what i should be getting but not being able to pay it back so its adding up. I tried to commit suicide november 2019 so this is added stress on top of my mental health....what can i do....i wrote in my journal to ask whats happening aand all i get back is we will be in touch .
