Cannot manage on reduced PIP

Cannot manage on reduced PIP was created by Carly
I was on DLA high rate until transferred to PIP 6 months ago.
My initial application scored Zero points!
I did a mandatory reconsideration which was also declined so I opted for court... AGAIN!.
I was then awarded standard mobility only which I accepted eventually because I couldn't bear the thought of another 12 month fight which nearly finished me 3 years ago.
Due to the huge £350 a month deficit, I've really tried but find I cannot manage on £23 p/w as I've had to cancel ALL my help (cleaning/shopping etc) that I was managing to pay for prior to PIP.
Can I now ask DWP for a change of decision even though its 6 months down the line?
I am NOT being allowed to be Personally Independent on this pittance of a payment.
Have you ever heard of this before and where do you suggest I start?
Thank you.

I assume that the DWP revised their original Decision while you were waiting for your appeal to be heard.

You have two options.

You can request a new appeal, your current award will remain in payment until your hearing, if an increased award is made then it will be backdated to December 2019 / January 2020.

Or, you can notify the DWP of a Change of Circumstances, this will result in a new PIP2 being sent and you will need to provide evidence from scratch although you can resend information that you have already used, it's also likely that an assessment will be required, possibly a face to face. The new Decision will apply from when the DWP received your letter and will supersede your existing award whatever the Decision is. he new Decision will create a new right of appeal.

Yes, they then awarded me standard rate after they received my tribunal request...go figure!

Option 1 seems best because I honestly could not go through the firms and medical debacle again!

I'll let you know any outcome

Thank you Gordon.
