Hi I really need help with my pip tribunal has a date on 10th July, I’ve just received letter after months of waiting, I need to supply evidence as I’ve not done that yet, it will be on telephone, I have rheumatoid arthritis and depression and anxiety, so far I have nobody to help no friends or family, I’m completely lost, any help I would be greatly appreciated I’m waiting for a answer for my esa mc as I was taken out of support group last year, I’m still waiting , I’m at university now and still no pip or esa so it’s very stressful I’m struggling on my course with depression and can’t concentrate on my work.
I'm sorry but it may be too late for you submit any evidence or submission for your appeal, these should have been with the Tribunal Service no later than two weeks before your hearing, they may still accept something but they will need to receive it within the next day or two.
I wouldn't do anything complicated maybe a letter with for each activity you expected to score for or higher, a brief explanation of why you think you meet the criteria then if you have time, some more detailed reasons.
We can try and answer any specific questions on the PIP criteria you have but you need to post when Moderators are online, your were lucky I saw your post before signing off.
