LATE APPEAL

Hi everyone

I'm submitting my appeal to the Tribunal (Already received MR decision) 1 week late due to some complications.

1. Where exactly on this site can i find information/guidance on addressing my grounds for submitting my appeal late?

2. Has anyone been successful in being granted an appeal hearing after submitting an application late. If so, any advice will be greatly appreciated?
