In all the time that I have been moderating, some ten years, I have only seen two cases brought against one of the Assessment Providers, in both cases ATOS, both were settled out of court.
I'm afraid even the no fee/no pay companies will be reluctant to take on such a case.
Have you made a complaint to Maximus? What was the result?
