Hi my partner was awarded pip for four years 10points she was reassed recently two points she asked for them to reconsider 10 points was reinstated but for only one year my question is can she ask them to reconsider again on the length of the award ....thank you
She can ask for the length of the award. Not many people have had success challenging the length of an award, but that shouldn't stop you from trying, because some have. However, if you have already submitted an MR to have the award reinstated you would have to go to appeal and the end of her award would happen before it could take place.
