Appeal

I have submitted the online Appeal form which was not as difficult as I imagined. It was late due to not receiving the original MR letter but I explained this and hope it’s accepted.

Now the long wait begins for a hearing.

I was surprised at how easy the online process was too wing.

I got an email from them with a reference number the next day, so I have to presume they have accepted it. Let's hope so.

I gave them a mobile number & it come through on there almost immediately, I was shocked, then I got the email, & a few days later a letter in the post. So far so good eh

I didn't give them a mobile number but they have emailed me with a reference number and told me the DWP have a deadline to respond and if they don't they will chase them up.

It will be interesting to see how long we have to wait for a tribunal date.
