Are you using the online appeal request system or the online appeal system that is being trialled by the Tribunal Service, they are not the same.

I don't know the specifics of the online appeal system but I would be surprised if it is any different from what I will call the normal system.

To request an appeal you need to provide your reasons for the request, these can be basic if you intend to provide more detailed testimony and evidence later or they can be detailed if this is the only "document" you intend to provide.

I don't recommend you sending your information piecemeal as you run the risk of creating anomalies in your submission which could cause issues when your appeal is heard.

So this link only allows you to request an appeal.

Your initial application needs to include your reasons for the appeal.

If you have requested an appeal and it has been accepted then you can provide testimony and evidence at any time up to about two weeks before the hearing, this needs to be submitted directly to the Tribunal Service quoting your appeal reference number, it is not submitted through the online system which is used just to make the original request.
