Hi, if I move house to a universal credit area from esa support group but wont be claiming housing benefit when i get there will i still get moved onto universal credit?
The short answer is no, you will only need to apply for UC if you have a change of Circs, as you will still be in receipt of ESA and in the support group, eventually everyone will go over to UC but not yet.
All areas are now fully digital which means that for those claiming HB who move local authority areas and not in receipt of SDP will have to apply for UC, there are some exceptions.
