Epilepsy- should I quote 2017/AACR 32ws

Hi all,
I am trying to help my daughter with her first pip claim. ( I had no idea that I could have gotten help when she was a child) She suffers from epilepsy, ( anxiety & depression and a degree of incontinence (due to an accident whilst having a seizure). I have only just realised whilst doing my own claim that she can maybe claim for epilepsy (full blown seizures with or without warning).
(1) Should I quote the judges ruling above on the claim form? my daughter's epilepsy sounds very much like the person quoted in this ruling ?
(2) Is there any other point I should make them aware of on the form due to this ruling?

Sorry to ask but i have just filled in my own form and had my telephone review on Tuesday so my brain is a bit fried .
Any advice much appreciated.

seeing it written in black and white makes perfect sense to use it in MR if need be .
