Non receipt PIP report was created by Patel
I had my PIP telephone assessment on Monday 3rd August 2020. I called DWP on tuesday
11th for copy. They said not received it takes 7-10 days. I should call on thursday. I called
today still not received. They advised it is your report and i should check with Capita. Capita
informed the report is ready but it is going through checks. I inquired what checks she advised
normal checks. I asked when can i call back she said leave it 2 weeks. Is this normal. Can report take more than 2 weeks to submit. Was advised sent by email.

Hi Patel

Your report should have been with the DWP within 48 hours. If Capita still have it, it sounds like they are doing an internal audit - which does happen to some of the reports. The report should not be sent by email - it is loaded up onto the system. I personally wouldn't leave it two weeks - I would ring them in a week.
