Getting/Not getting help was created by amberkindness
Hello again,

I'm currently filling out my review form and following your guide. My health has got worse since I last filled out the last review. I have very bad obsessive thoughts after a very bad time I went through the last couple of years and become very agitated, I end up harming myself by hitting etc. I don't have anyone to calm me down but one of my pets taps me on the leg or jumps on the bed and stroking him or cuddling him helps. This is important for me but I don't want it to come across as trivial but he really helps calm me down. Is this something which I can include of the form?

Communicating is an issue when I've been around people for a long time, I sound groggy, people don't understand me and I find it hard to express what I want to. I become fatigued and zone out so information is not getting through to me.

Hi Amberkindness

Yes, you can mention your dog, if it helps you, but be very careful about how you do so. I understand exactly what you're saying, but it's something that can easily be misinterpreted. It's not that your assessor will necessarily think it is trivial, but they could easily think that either your condition is not as severe as you are saying or that you have a solution for your agitation and therefore there is no need to award payments. Emphasis that you don't have any person to support you.
