Lame PIP assessment recommends zero points

Hi Erik

I'm sorry that you find yourself in such a position. As the CAB bureau said it is difficult to make a case if you only have the corroboration of the GP and not been seen by a specialist. She also feels their assessment was 'fair'. That doesn't stop you putting in for an appeal - they are taking a year to take place and you might have seen someone for you CFS in that time. As you know you can't put in for fibromyalgia, because that wasn't diagnosed at the time of your claim.

You could wait until you have evidence of your CFS and try again. You don't have to wait for evidence of FMS or Autism to do that. You don't have to go through the entire process if you tell them about another condition unless you are hoping to be awarded more points.
