I recently sent off my PIP forms and had an additional 38 pages of evidence. Many of the extra evidence was medical information from professionals and a big chunk of it was additional information from the questions asked, I recently read a thread on here that the extra written evidence needs to be in black ink and in capitals. I hadn’t read this his information correctly on my forms so my written information was written in my normal cursive handwriting. Do you know if this will still be accepted or will I have to send in the information again printed out? I tried calling the DWP today to ask but I was unable to get through.
They do ask for it in capital letters to make it easier to read, but I'm sure you're not the only person to have missed that. As long as your writing is legible they will read it, however, if you're worried keep trying to get through to them to point out that you will send it again if they require it - or drop them a letter, saying you missed that point and ask them to contact you if you need to send again. (They won't but at least it's then on record!)
