Hi Denby, thank you for this information. Unfortunately I didnt realise that I had to request the assessment form, and its too late now. I will try and work with the letters that they sent. Thank you.
It is not too late. You put in the information that you have including a comment that you will be sending in further information as soon as you have it. This is perfectly normal and allowable. You can send any information up to two weeks before an appeal and you have a long wait. You really do need to see that assessment report because you are working blind - not knowing the detail and you will be able to see what assumptions have been made and how to fight them.
