My husbands' PIP award was due to end January 2021, I had not received any renewal forms; so I telephoned them September 2020 to ask where they were, they said there was a glitch in the system and a few weeks later sent out a letter stating that the award would now end October 2021.
Today my husband receives a renewal form that needs to be completed by 02/12/20. Oh well no point getting wound-up, I shall just get on with it.
And it only took e-i-g-h-t days to reach you, wow. There must be three kinds of postal service, 1st 2nd and DWP, even under covid. Best wishes with it, Denby
