Hi, Is it correct that if you want a Mandatory Reconsideration...you have to start it within 30 days of your PIP Decision, & then going forward, if your not happy with the Mandatory Reconsideration Decision do you have 30 days from that decision to register an appeal ? Many thanks.
You have one month from the date on the Decision Letter to request an MR, you can make a Late request for an MR up to 13 months after the date of the Decision but you will need to provide Good Cause for the delay in submitting the request.
The same rules apply to an appeal once you have completed an MR.
