Reads to me as if she was advised on ringing DWP, to ask for an MR on ESA, [as she hasn't got PIP yet].. Thought that was the crowdfunded JR that meant with ESA you go straight to Appeal without MR. Maybe I have made a mistake/misread. But if not, has some DWP oik misled her? and can she in fact appeal the ESA 'no group,' as she describes it, decision??
