Hello, I'm not sure what is happening at the moment with my ESA, i went to court and it went in my favor and paperwork said to not be reassessed for two years, those two years ended on 5th Aug this year, i have not been contacted yet because of Covid. I want to know which is the right guide/s for me to look through for filling out the questionnaire, i'm not sure which i go by. I am currently under the care of a spinal consultant and had MRI and CT scan of cervical spine, i have quite a lot of health issues going at the moment including depression and just need some help/advice on how/what to do with the questionnaire and what to do next for when i do finally get contacted again. I hope someone may be able to help me.
