Fresh PIP Application Before Current PIP Expiry was created by LawLozUK

Hi,

I'm currently in the process of a fresh PIP application as my current PIP Award is due to expire February 2021.

Can anyone tell me what will happen if I'm not assessed before my current pip ends please?

Hi LawLozUK

If you are not assessed before your current claim ends, then your PIP claim will stop along with any other premiums you may be in receipt of such as SDP.

You could try and contact your MP, explain your situation, they may be able to move your claim along.
