My husband having been on higher dla for 10yrs dwp he got standard rate this was back in Nov 2016. In 2019 we requested reassessment for his higher rate he was reassesed and lost his standard rate . We appealed and the court reinstated his standard rate but ignored his higher rate appeal. Though that was the end of it excepted the standard rate. Then was sent a p i p form to be reassesed again for p i p in Feb 2021. In the mean time I have had a texted from the court of appeal saying they have made a decision on our appeal they say I have asked for a court of reason which I did not. dwp don't know anything about it and say we have to fill the form in send it back before the 24th Dec. I haven't had anything in writing and they won't say over phone has anyone had this happen. I'm worried if he loses his benefits and have to pay it back. This adds to people's mental health I feel sorry for this lady they mess with lives
