Hi Camly91
If you have an extension until May 2023 it would be surprising if you received a review form before May 2022 (but anything is possible).

Hi JK2019
Because there are so many delays processing paperwork - they are giving people long extensions, but then are sending out review forms giving them plenty of time to process them.

A lot of people are getting these letters and 2 weeks later getting their review forms to fill in. I also have noticed that Capita are being very quick in sending out their telephone assessment appointments on receipt of receiving the returned review form. What I would do is to ring PIP now and ask for copy of PA4 form from previous assessment now (previous assessors report). Refer to the previous report in what you got your points for and state in the review form against that descriptor what the assessor stated e.g you got points for aid, you got points for safety or to an acceptable standard. If you didn’t get points for an activity in previous assessment for an activity then say your illness has deteriorated and produce medical evidence for that certain activity e.g you got 10 points previous for daily living and you have scored eg 2 points washing for prompting and you have been receiving treatment for back pain from last assessment then you fill in review form washing.- because of deterioration in health I now suffer from back pain and now request assistance to be able to get into and out of bath safely and to an acceptable standard. My medication has also been increased.
