Have a look at our PIP Claim guide for a better understanding of the criteria your wife will need to meet. Page 96 of our latest guide has samples of questions your wife may be asked at the assessment.

Did you click on the link I posted, I have just checked and it is definitely there, the guide is 116 pages long, so the bit you need is towards the bottom.
I have assumed it is for PIP and not ESA/UC, if it is for ESA/UC then go further down the link, it is about half way down under ESA/UC claims you will find it on page 135.
