ESA - Severe Disability Premium was created by Borderline6
My daughter lost her PIP at an immediate review in July 2020. On the date the PIP payment stopped she also lost the Severe Disablement Premium and Disability Income Guarantee from her ESA payment.
The PIP was reinstated following Mandatory Reconsideration and backpay has been received.
Should the removed elements of the ESA also have been reinstated?
I have tried to contact the ESA phone line but have given up after hours of hanging on the line.

Providing your daughter meets the qualifying conditions then the premiums she was receiving on her ESA will be reinstated and should also be backdated.
