PIP review form was created by Herbicat
Hi, I'm doing my PIP review form and although I have read the guide and am fairly clear what info they need in each of the three subsections I'm not sure if information given in the first subsection eg difficulties you have doing it and the subsequent symptoms has to be repeated in the second and third boxes or whether the information in all the boxes gets amalgamated for that question.
Thanks

Hi Herbicat,
My view of the forms is that there is no harm in repeating things, hopefully that helps to drive the message home to DWP!
I assume this is an AR1 form? Don't just say 'no change' . Always write 'I still can not....' explain repeating what you said in the claim form, or say eg ' My walking ability has become worse. I used to be able to walk 100m, now it's only 20 because...' Explain, use examples and don't worry about repeating things . Use a separate page if need be but make sure name and NI number is on all sheets.
Hope this helps.

Thank you, yes it's an Award Review form. I've been putting in as much info as possible but just felt I was saying everything 3 times for every question. Seems like even more work than the original form. Ok I'll carry on with it.... I don't have any new evidence to go with it since last time so I thought I had better be thorough

Hi Herbicat

I'm with LL26 on this one. It doesn't matter if you repeat yourself. Many health professionals and decision-makers don't appear to link one bit of information to another question. You have to keep saying it.
