Back payment was created by Neil3051
Hi all
I have been waiting over a year for my PIP Tribunal decision to put back my daily living to enhanced rate & increase my mobility to enhanced rate.
The DWP reduced my daily living to standard rate & reduced my standard rate mobility to zero rate .
I asked for a mandatory reconsideration and the DWP put my daily living to standard rate & my mobility to standard rate.
I started my change of circumstance back in February 2020 & even if the Tribunals put my PIP claim back to its original award i am owed nearly £2,000.00
I just don't know what to do

Hello Neil,

In case you are not aware of it, your full name might be showing. If you would like to change that there is a link here.

My full name is showing, how can I stop it.

I would suggest that you ring the Courts and Tribunal service to see if they can give you any idea of when you case may be considered. Depending on which part of the country you live in even before Covid it was not unusual to have to wait for over a year, and we are told that generally waiting times are longer now.

Unless you can prove that you are being caused exceptional hardship by the delay there is nothing you can do but wait.

Catherine
