I don't know the answer to your question, but this link seems to suggest that you would still get your UC.
www.haringey.gov.uk/business/advice-and-...enterprise-allowance My concern would be that you have been placed in LCWRA group because the DWP consider that you have limited capability for work related activities. If you start running your own business they might well wish to revisit that decision, and you would potentially lose that benefit.
PIP however is not a means tested benefit so would not be impacted.
This is obviously a big decision and we would advise you to seek specialist advice
