evening all just a quick question can you be entitiled for pip Mobility - enhanced rate if im housebound for the mojority of times i suffer from progressive muscular dystrophy has my illness flutatutes alot but when i do go out i can manage walking up to 18 metres than i need to transfer into wheelchair due to pain and fatique and dizzy spells
