Bizarre PIP call then questions

Hi I recieved a missed called from PIP, rang them to find they wanted to know a couple of things about my medication and why they weren't being picked up recently (which I mentioned in my review form).

We told them I was in the process of changing doctors and had enough until I moved. Of course the pandemic didn't help the situation either and wanted to bide my time a little with getting vacations as well as I'm immune compromised.

Felt a bit like I was being told off, perhaps they were right to I don't know, I guess time will tell. I understand the importance of getting up to date medications but it's been going over my head a bit lately to be honest and felt enough I had enough to keep me going.

Which brings me to my question/s
* Any idea why ask me this when it could have been asked in an assessment as I've not had one yet after sending in the form. Could it be its being done as a paper assessment?

Don't know what to make of it really.
