Decision letter sent - Pa4 still not recieved was created by aberdeenangus
Hi guys,
I had my PIP assessment 22/06(6 months to the very day I first applied) which I recorded.
I requested PA4 48hrs later but DWP didn't receive the report until 28/06 so I requested it again then.
Called today 09/07 to tell them I still haven't received PA4 to be told It's on its way and that a decision letter has also been issued, today.
My question is this: Are quick decisions a good or bad sign or can I read nothing into it?

Hi aberdeenangus

You can't read anything into the promptness of a decision. Hope you get the outcome you want.

Thanks for the swift reply BIS. Just left wondering as I have read a few on here say they got quick 0pt decisions. Also concerneded I won't have the option of writing to DM prior to decision IF the outcome is one I disagree with.
Anyway, we can't change what's already happened. It's fingers crossed for now and sleeve's ready to be rolled up for later.

Hi aberdeenangus, if the result is not to your liking, one angle to throw in an MR is that if the report was not submitted for 6 days when it is supposed to be 48 hours, the assessor's memory of what you said may have been lacking. Just a thought. Best wishes,
Denby

Thanks Denby.
I appreciate that. It's a good point and it's that sort of experience/advice that's invaluable.

Appreciated
