not sure who your asking, if its me then , they said they did as i asked them to, but they fiddled me as they aint sent it.
dont trust them like i did, also record it urself.

They recorded it and so did i. I still haven't received the cd or the assesors report

Dear Mods, while as we know those who manage to get good service from DWP and assessors are less likely to be on here complaining, I wonder...? Would the amazing backroom B&W workers have time to submit an FOI about how many claimants ask for a recording, and how many recordings requested fail to be supplied for any reason? Very interesting stats if they could be extracted! I feel just asking would be a constructive 'warning shot across their bows'

You can apply online at gov.uk for your personal information that is being held by DWP: Request your personal information from DWP - secure.dwp.gov.uk/personal-information-request/name
