hello, I was on dla mobility lower rate and transferred to pip 2017/18. I received 4 points 1b needing someone with me to go out. I called pip and asked them to look at my Claims to see if I should have received lower rate pip for mobility. They said they will, does this mean my pip will stop or is mandatory reconsideration something different thank you all
You have asked them to look at your claim again and they will come back with a yes or no answer. If you don't like the outcome you can then put in for a mandatory reconsideration.
