LEAP REVIEW HELP

Wonder if you could help me? My original pip claim in 2013,I was awarded enhanced mobility. Planning and following journeys 4 points . I need prompting to undertake any journey due to severe anxiety and stress. This was removed in 2015 at assesement even though I was still unable to go out . I appealed but it was not upheld . I recently had to reapply and although I was not awarded enhanced mobility again. I
sent in a mandatory reconsideration this was refused so I applied to the tribunal before it got to trial I was awarded enhanced mobility . Should I ask for my award from 2015 to 2021 be looked at under the LEAP review. I’ve tried to have a look and work it out for myself but it’s very complicated
