They don't record pip fone assessments. I didn't know that. Maybe a lot of you did ? I couldn't record my assessment. Suppose mob fone co might supply me it for fee.
I don't know what you have been told - but they do record PIP assessments and we have had members who have had their assessments recorded. They may tell you that they don't have the ability to, or they don't have an assessor willing to be recorded, but you can insist. Another member of the forum was told a similar thing and they insisted recently and another assessment was arranged.
We always advise that people record the assessment themselves, but you will need to do this without informing the assessor. If you tell them what you are doing they will end the assessment.
