After a successful PIP tribunal claim should my husband's backpay be calculated from the date of the mandatory reconsideration letter or from the date of applying for the tribunal claim
To answer your question I have assumed it is a new claim, if this is correct then it should be backdated to the date your husband phoned up and applied for PIP.
