PIP online form - new applications only?

Hello,

Mum received a paper form to review her existing PIP claim, I called DWP to get the online version of the form but was informed it only applies to new applications not for PIP reviews.

Is this correct?

Hello Gentle,
I have just made a new first time application for a PIP claim. I was not given a choice, postal paper form. Which gave me heightened anxiety for 8 days after the text saying that it had been dispatched. The post goes to neighbours, one of whom is spiteful because the postie cannot be bothered to go up & down 11 concrete steps to my front door. The form arrived, then I caught covid again.
Anyway, I hope that you and your Mum get an explanation
